Academic integrity is a set of values, principles and rules that guide the conduct of all participants in academic activities.

Adherence to academic integrity is fundamental to ensuring the quality of educational and research activities, fostering trust in their outcomes and building an honest, transparent and responsible academic environment.

For this purpose, the Institute implements an academic integrity assurance system that defines the conduct of participants in the educational process, establishes the principles, values, rules and conditions for ensuring academic integrity, specifies the main indicators and types of academic integrity violations, outlines response measures for such violations and determines the rights of participants in the educational process involved in cases of alleged academic misconduct.

The academic integrity assurance system is an important instrument for maintaining high standards in training specialists in cybersecurity, information security, special communications, electronic communications, information technologies and computer science. Its implementation strengthens the Institute’s academic reputation, fosters a culture of academic integrity and ensures the Institute’s compliance with Ukrainian legislation, higher education standards and the best practices in Ukrainian and European higher education.
