Public Procurement
The main purpose of public procurement of the Institute of Special Communications and Information Protection of the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” is to ensure its operational and educational processes, financial and economic management and exercise of powers in the field of science and education in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and the Charter of the Institute.
The scope and nomenclature of procurement are determined in accordance with the annual budget, annual procurement plan and amendments thereto. Technical and quality specifications are defined taking into account cost competitiveness, generally accepted standards and norms for the subject of procurement, ensuring maximum economy and efficiency.
The Institute procures goods, services and works exclusively in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement” via the Authorized Body’s website – ProZorro.
The disclosure of information is made in accordance with the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 710 “On the Effective Use of Public Funds” of October 11, 2016 (as amended by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 1266 of December 16, 2020) and the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine № 1082 “On Approval of the Procedure for the Publication of Information on Public Procurement” of June 11, 2020.
